{"id":1003,"date":"2017-05-20T12:54:30","date_gmt":"2017-05-20T12:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=1003"},"modified":"2017-05-16T12:56:58","modified_gmt":"2017-05-16T12:56:58","slug":"traeningsbaenk-taurus-b900","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=1003","title":{"rendered":"Tr\u00e6ningsb\u00e6nk &#8211; Taurus B900"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Med mit fokus p\u00e5 tr\u00e6ning med h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte besluttede jeg mig for en lille \u00e6ndring i mit hjemmetr\u00e6ningscenter; udskiftning af min gode gamle tr\u00e6ningsb\u00e6nk med en ny, der fylder mindre &#8211; uden stativ til v\u00e6gtstang. Det gav samtidig mulighed for at tilk\u00f8be muligheden for at f\u00e5 en b\u00e6nk med indstilbar ryg, s\u00e5 jeg kan\u00a0udf\u00f8re \u00f8velser i flere vinkler.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg kom ret hurtigt til at kaste min k\u00e6rlighed p\u00e5 en Taurus b\u00e6nk fra T-Fitness (samme m\u00e6rke som min forrige tr\u00e6ningsb\u00e6nk). B\u00e6nken forekom ret robust sammenlignet med langt billigere modeller, jeg havde set andetsteds.<\/p>\n<p>Det endte alts\u00e5 med at jeg bestilte en Taurus B900 til en pris p\u00e5 omkring kr. 1900,-.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00f8rsteh\u00e5ndsindtryk:<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00e6nken var let at samle med en unbrakon\u00f8gle og et par skruen\u00f8gler ved h\u00e5nden &#8211; der skulle blot monteres &#8216;f\u00f8dder&#8217;, rygl\u00e6n og s\u00e6de. Den forekom robust og tung, men rigtig nem at flytte rundt pga. et h\u00e5ndtag foran og hjul bagb\u00e5. Den kan dog ikke klappes sammen, hvilket man heller ikke kan forvente af en b\u00e6nk, der samtidig skal v\u00e6re robust.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5de s\u00e6de og rygl\u00e6n kan vinkles. Rygl\u00e6net kan justeres i 10 positioner &#8211; fra en mild decline vinkel til 90 grader oprejst. B\u00e6nken er robust. Rygl\u00e6net er absolut fikseret i alle positioner mens s\u00e6det kan give sig lidt, hvis man rykker i det. S\u00e6det\u00a0virker dog p\u00e5 ingen m\u00e5de vakkelvornt og det har ikke generet mig under tr\u00e6ning.<\/p>\n<p>Som fladb\u00e6nk vil jeg mene at b\u00e6nken kan virke for h\u00f8j for nogle, hvis de vil have f\u00f8dderne plantet i gulvet n\u00e5r de ligger p\u00e5 ryggen. I flad position er b\u00e6nken 68 cm h\u00f8j. Jeg er omkring 187 cm h\u00f8j og er begyndt at tage sko p\u00e5, for at kunne placere f\u00f8dderne i gulvet for de \u00f8velser, hvor jeg foretr\u00e6kker det. Da jeg aldrig har haft en b\u00e6nk af denne type f\u00f8r skulle jeg ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6nne mig til at der er mellemrum mellem s\u00e6de og rygl\u00e6n. I starten havde jeg tendens til at glide ned i mellemrummet, men har nu l\u00e6rt at positionere bagdelen s\u00e5 det ikke er et issue. Rent faktisk er rygl\u00e6net lige pr\u00e6cis langt \u00a0nok (80 cm p\u00e5 det flade stykke) til at jeg ogs\u00e5 kan v\u00e6lge at rykke hele kroppen op p\u00e5 rygl\u00e6net uden at det er ukomfortabelt.<\/p>\n<p>Som skr\u00e5b\u00e6nk kommer den totalt til sin ret.
