Det man skulle have troet var filmens vigtigste pointe &#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">at det sagtens kan lade sig g\u00f8re at leve sundt uden at indtage animalske produkter<\/span> &#8211; druknede n\u00e6rmest i den efterf\u00f8lgende debat, som blev skabt af den meget ensidige og til tider usaglige argumentation for en vegansk livsstil.<\/p>\n<p>I 2019 kom der s\u00e5 en ny dokumentarfilm p\u00e5 banen: <em><strong>The Game Changers<\/strong><\/em>. I stedet for <em>vegansk kost<\/em> benyttes nu betegnelsen <em>plantebaseret kost<\/em>, men hovedemnet det samme som i <em>What the Health.<\/em>\u00a0Filmen starter s\u00e5dan set lovende med at l\u00e6gge op til samme pointe &#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">at man kan yde fysisk optimale pr\u00e6stationer, og leve sundt ved en vegansk livsstil<\/span>. Men ogs\u00e5 her skrider det for filmmagerne, og der tyes til billige tricks og n\u00f8je selekterede videnskabelige resultater for at fors\u00f8ge at s\u00e6lge id\u00e9en om at al indtagelse af animalske produkter ikke blot er un\u00f8dvendig, men direkte sundhedsskadelig.<\/p>\n<p>Det er sv\u00e6rt at pille ved mange af de etiske og milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige argumenter for at undg\u00e5 at spise k\u00f8d. Men ud fra et sundhedsm\u00e6ssigt synspunkt er der ikke videnskabeligt bel\u00e6g for at sige, at det er sundere at leve udelukkende plantebaseret frem for at inkludere animalske produkter i sin kost.<\/p>\n<p>Selvom kosten langt fra er den eneste forklaring p\u00e5 at visse befolkningsgrupper i s\u00e5kaldte <em>Blue Zones<\/em> generelt lever l\u00e6ngere end gennemsnittet, s\u00e5 tyder alt p\u00e5 at f\u00f8deindtaget i disse samfund spiller en v\u00e6sentlig rolle for den sundhedsm\u00e6ssige status. I de fleste af disse <em>Blue Zones<\/em> indg\u00e5r animalske produkter rent faktisk som en del af kosten, men blot i v\u00e6sentlig mindre m\u00e6ngde end vi g\u00f8r det mange steder i verden.<\/p>\n<p>Pointen her er, at i stedet for den n\u00e6rmest militante veganske tirade som i\u00a0<em>What the Health<\/em> og <em>The Game Changers<\/em>, s\u00e5 handler det om at levere et budskab, der er b\u00e5de &#8216;spiseligt&#8217; for de fleste og p\u00e5 samme tid sagligt underbygget.<\/p>\n<p>Helt enkelt kunne det v\u00e6re at \u00f8ge opm\u00e6rksomheden p\u00e5 en <em><strong>plantefokuseret kost<\/strong><\/em>, hvor k\u00f8d, fisk, \u00e6g og m\u00e6lkebaserede produkter ikke er bandlyst, men blot er reduceret til at udg\u00f8re en mindre del af vores daglige indtag.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>I 2017 skabte dokumentarfilmen What the Health en omfattende debat omkring vegansk kost.
