{"id":2064,"date":"2020-02-28T11:01:24","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T11:01:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2064"},"modified":"2020-11-19T20:13:56","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T20:13:56","slug":"lev-sundt-lev-laengere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2064","title":{"rendered":"Lev sundt, lev l\u00e6ngere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I januar 2020 udkom resultaterne af en analyse af indrapporterede oplysninger fra <em>The Nurses Health Study<\/em> (NHS) og <em>The Health Professions Follow-up Study<\/em> (HPFS) &#8211; begge sp\u00f8rgeskema-baserede forskningsstudier fra USA. NHS blev p\u00e5begyndt i 1976 med over 121.000 kvindelige sygeplejesker som unders\u00f8gelsesmateriale, mens HPFS startede i 1986 med over 50.000 deltagende m\u00e6nd ansat i sundhedssystemet (omfattende tandl\u00e6ger, optikere, osteopater, fodterapeuter, farmaceutikere og dyrl\u00e6ger).\u00a0 I den aktuelle videnskabelige artikel udgivet i\u00a0 BMJ er der data fra &gt;73.000 kvinder og &gt;38.000 m\u00e6nd &#8211; i alt &gt;111.000 personer p\u00e5 informationer afgivet frem til 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konklusionerne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Form\u00e5let med det aktuelle studie var at sammenligne forventet levetid uden sygdom for personer, som overholder forskellige sunde &#8216;leveregler&#8217; sammenlignet med personer, der i forskellig grad undlader dette.<\/p>\n<p>Konklusionen er ganske entydig &#8211; og ikke s\u00e6rlig overraskende: jo sundere livsstil, des l\u00e6ngere kan du forvente at leve uden kronisk sygdom.<\/p>\n<p>Mere detaljeret opgjort: kvinder, som havde gode sundhedsvaner, baseret p\u00e5 4-5 parametre, kunne fra de er 50 forvente at leve <strong>34,4<\/strong> \u00e5r uden sygdomme som type 2 diabetes, hjerte-kar sygdom og kr\u00e6ft sammenlignet med <strong>23,7<\/strong> \u00e5r for kvinder, som ikke havde implementeret gode vaner inden for de opstillede parametre. (Fra Li et al 2020, BMJ 2020; 368:16669).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Af disse forskellige sundhedsparametre har rygning den st\u00f8rste effekt mens alkohol har den mindste, som det kan ses af den ovenst\u00e5ende figur. Derudover er der en klar effekt af at motionere, spise sundt og undg\u00e5 at blive kraftigt overv\u00e6gtig.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konklusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et studie som dette har nogle svagheder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studiet omfatter personer med tilknytning til sundhedsv\u00e6snet, og det svarer ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis til resten af befolkningen.<\/li>\n<li>Data er indsamlet ved selvrapportering, hvilket betyder, at der kan v\u00e6re un\u00f8jagtigheder i de informationer, som opgives.<\/li>\n<li>Denne type studier kan aldrig helt afskrive muligheden for at der andre ubeskrevne faktorer, som har indflydelse p\u00e5 resultaterne, og \u00e5rsag-virkning sammenh\u00e6nge kan heller ikke fuldst\u00e6ndig afklares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ikke desto mindre bekr\u00e6fter konklusionen af studiet noget de fleste af os nok allerede intuitivt er klar over.
