{"id":2190,"date":"2020-06-05T22:05:31","date_gmt":"2020-06-05T22:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2190"},"modified":"2020-06-05T22:05:31","modified_gmt":"2020-06-05T22:05:31","slug":"improviserede-traeningsfaciliteter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2190","title":{"rendered":"Improviserede tr\u00e6ningsfaciliteter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>COVID-19 situationen har medf\u00f8rt v\u00e6sentlige indskr\u00e6nkelser i mulighederne for at benytte faciliteter som mange bruger til at holde sig aktive; blandt andet i idr\u00e6tsforeninger og fitnesscentre.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg har heldigvis oplevet mange, som ikke er g\u00e5et i st\u00e5 af den grund. M\u00e5ske har de v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 heldige, at deres forening\/center har udbudt alternative aktiviteter. Eller ogs\u00e5 har folk taget sagen i egen h\u00e5nd, og holdt sig selv i gang. Det g\u00e6lder naturligvis ogs\u00e5 mig selv.<\/p>\n<p>Mit eget lille motionsrum derhjemme har v\u00e6ret flittigt brugt uagtet Corona-situationen.<\/p>\n<p>Den senere tid har jeg dog opholdt mig en del i sommerhus, som har fungeret som en god base for hjemmearbejde. Eneste ulempe er at jeg s\u00e5 er v\u00e6k fra mit motionsrum derhjemme. Ulempe er nok for meget sagt, for det giver jo bare andre muligheder.<\/p>\n<p>Under mit seneste sommerhus-ophold fik jeg tid til at indrette nogle simple, men effektive faciliteter i baghaven &#8211;
