{"id":2454,"date":"2020-09-02T20:44:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-02T20:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2454"},"modified":"2020-09-03T13:56:39","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T13:56:39","slug":"covid-19-og-overvaegt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2454","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 og overv\u00e6gt"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tidligt i Corona-pandemiens rasen blev det tydeligt, at alder og visse kroniske sygdomme er faktorer, som spiller en v\u00e6sentlig rolle i forhold til hvor h\u00e5rdt man bliver ramt ved en infektion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tilbage i <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2163\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2163\">april<\/a> m\u00e5ned var det ogs\u00e5 fremme i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dr.dk\/nyheder\/indland\/tal-viser-det-og-forsker-understreger-det-coronavirus-er-haardest-ved-overvaegtige\">medierne<\/a>, at der tilsyneladende var en sammenh\u00e6ng mellem kraftig overv\u00e6gt og alvorlige komplikationer ved COVID-19 infektion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efterf\u00f8lgende har der v\u00e6ret flere videnskabelige studier, som bestyrker, at der rent faktisk er en sammenh\u00e6ng &#8211; senest en s\u00e5kaldt <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32845580\/\">metanalyse<\/a>, der samler data fra en r\u00e6kke af de studier, som er blevet udf\u00f8rt rundt omkring. Resultaterne er blevet opsummeret af bl.a. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2020\/aug\/26\/obesity-increases-risk-of-covid-19-death-by-48-study-finds\">The Guardian<\/a>, og samlet op af <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bt.dk\/udland\/nyt-studie-bekymrer-overvaegt-oeger-risikoen-for-at-doe-af-coronavirus-markant\">BT<\/a> herhjemme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overordnet peger data p\u00e5, at hvis man har et <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=462\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"462\">BMI<\/a> over 30 har man \u00f8get risiko for at skulle indl\u00e6gges, hvis man smittes (113% \u00f8get risiko), og for at skulle i intesiv behandling (74% \u00f8get risiko). Desuden er der en forh\u00f8jet risiko for at d\u00f8 som f\u00f8lge af COVID-19 infektion (48% \u00f8get risiko). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et springende punkt i forhold til ovenst\u00e5ende analyse er om der er taget h\u00f8jde for alder i de data, som behandles i studiet. Hvor nogle af de videnskabelige arbejder, der indg\u00e5r har justeret for alder, s\u00e5 ser det dog ikke ud til at meta-analysen tager h\u00f8jde for det.
