Testen ben\u00e6vnes <em>sitting-rising testen (SRT)<\/em>, da det er en simpel evaluering af hvor nemt testpersoner har ved at s\u00e6tte sig ned p\u00e5 gulvet og rejse sig op igen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sitting-rising score og korrelation til risikoen for at d\u00f8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Testen blev oprindeligt udviklet i 1990&#8217;erne men blev f\u00f8rst vidt og bredt omtalt efter udgivelsen af en videnskabelig <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23242910\/\">artikel<\/a> i 2012, hvor omkring 2000 personer i aldersgruppen 51-80 \u00e5r (68% var m\u00e6nd) blev evalueret efter deres evne til at s\u00e6tte sig og rejse sig op &#8211; hvorefter deres sk\u00e6bne blev fulgt i en \u00e5rr\u00e6kke. I fors\u00f8get blev testpersonerne tildelt en score i forhold til, hvor ubesv\u00e6ret de kunne s\u00e6tte sig og rejse sig igen; jo mere ubesv\u00e6ret des bedre score. I opf\u00f8lgningsperioden d\u00f8de 159 deltagere (d\u00f8dsfald af alle \u00e5rsager blev inkluderet). Fra de Brito et al 2012<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nu er det n\u00e6ppe sv\u00e6rt at forestille sig, at der er en tendens til at de \u00e6ldste personer i testgruppen generelt vil have en noget mere h\u00e6mmet mobilitet sammenlignet med de yngste; husk at alderssp\u00e6ndet var p\u00e5 51-80 \u00e5r. N\u00e5r det samtidig er s\u00e5dan at der generelt er en sammenh\u00e6ng mellem risikoen for at d\u00f8 med stigende alder, virker konklusionen fuldst\u00e6ndig \u00e5benlys. Men forfatterne kunne konkludere, at der stadig var en sammenh\u00e6ng n\u00e5r der blev korrigeret for alder, k\u00f8n og BMI.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Since our study groups somewhat differed both in age and BMI, we have used an adjusted analysis in order to minimize interference of these variables on the interpretation of the SRT score with mortality.<br \/>\nThus in our cohort, we found that the inability to sit and rise from the floor was related to lower survival, irrespective of age, sex, and BMI. Eksempelvis har flere studier omkring grebsstyrke konkluderet, at der er en korrelation mellem lav grebsstyrke og forh\u00f8jet d\u00f8delighed (et \u00e6ldre studie <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/12133020\/\">her<\/a>, og et nyere <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32608248\/\">her<\/a>, samt en metaanalyse <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/18489802\/\">her<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobilitetstests kan antyde underliggende tilstande, men er ikke en endelig dom\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5de en test af grebsstyrke og s<em>itting-rising testen<\/em> kan afsl\u00f8re tab af muskelstyrke, som f\u00f8lge af alder (<a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=123\">sarkopeni<\/a>) eller andre underliggende kroniske eller akutte sygdomstilstande, der kan \u00f8ge risikoen for d\u00f8d. Derudover evaluerer s<em>itting-rising testen<\/em> ogs\u00e5 balanceevne og muskelkoordination. I den sammenh\u00e6ng er det vigtigt at holde sig for \u00f8je at testen i bedste fald er vejledende. Hvis man har et fysisk handikap, eller en skade i fx hofte eller kn\u00e6, der direkte h\u00e6mmer udf\u00f8relsen af sidde- og rejse-bev\u00e6gelsen giver det n\u00e6ppe meget mening at sammenligne scoren med personer, der ikke har tilsvarende skavanker. Desuden vil det n\u00e6ppe give mening af lave direkte sammenligning af score mellem forskellige aldersgrupper. I unders\u00f8gelsen fra 2012 var der fx ingen over 70 \u00e5r, der leverede en perfekt score p\u00e5 10. Det er formentlig netop derfor et hold <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31039614\/\">forskere<\/a> har kastet sig over at evaluere testen p\u00e5 et bredere panel af personer p\u00e5 mellem 16 \u00e5r 98 \u00e5r (p\u00e5 over 6000 personer).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Udf\u00f8rsel af sitting-rising testen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skulle man v\u00e6re nysgerrig efter at se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5, hvordan Sitting-rising testen udf\u00f8res, og hvordan den scores, s\u00e5 har forfatterne til artiklen fra 2012 linket til en video p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MCQ2WA2T2oA\">Youtube<\/a> (der er engelske undertekster).<\/p>\n<p>I korte tr\u00e6k g\u00e5r testen ud p\u00e5 at man fra st\u00e5ende position s\u00e6tter sig ned med s\u00e5 lidt st\u00f8tte som muligt, dvs. man i videst muligt omfang n\u00f8jes med at f\u00f8dder og balder r\u00f8rer gulvet undervejs. En perfekt eksekvering giver 5 point for at s\u00e6tte sig ned og 5 point for at rejse sig &#8211; i alt 10 point. For hver ekstra kontakt, der er n\u00f8dvendig, fratr\u00e6kkes et point; fx en h\u00e5nd i gulvet, et kn\u00e6 i gulvet eller en h\u00e5nd p\u00e5 kn\u00e6 eller l\u00e5r.
