n\u00e6vnte jeg mulighederne for at deltage i sm\u00e5 konkurrencer og udfordringer i forskellige fitness apps.<\/p>\n<p>Her vil jeg kort gennemg\u00e5 de udfordringer, som jeg har tilmeldt mig her i november m\u00e5ned &#8211; det er afgr\u00e6nset til <a href=\"https:\/\/connect.garmin.com\/\">Garmin Connect<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.concept2.com\/\">Concept2<\/a> (m\u00e5ske jeg stadig er
