{"id":269,"date":"2017-01-14T23:02:27","date_gmt":"2017-01-14T23:02:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=269"},"modified":"2017-01-22T17:03:20","modified_gmt":"2017-01-22T17:03:20","slug":"mit-2016-aaret-i-traening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=269","title":{"rendered":"Mit 2016 &#8211; \u00e5ret i tr\u00e6ning"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr \/>\n<p>Jeg kan lave en ret pr\u00e6cis opg\u00f8relse over min tr\u00e6ningsaktivitet da jeg s\u00e6dvanligvis\u00a0logger mine tr\u00e6ningssessioner, hvad enten det er udend\u00f8rs eller indend\u00f8rs.<\/p>\n<h3>Distance og tid fordelt p\u00e5 aktivitet<\/h3>\n<p>I det forgangne \u00e5r har jeg tilbagelagt omkring 4.450 km fordelt p\u00e5 cykling (1832 km), indend\u00f8rs roning (1295 km),\u00a0vandring (664 km) og\u00a0l\u00f8b (654 km). Aktiviteter, hvor\u00a0der ikke er <em>tracket<\/em> tilbagelagt distance er: styrketr\u00e6ning (130 timer), Slag\/sparketr\u00e6ning\u00a0p\u00e5 boksepude (13 timer) og kampsport (8 timer). I alt har jeg haft omkring 580 aktive timer i 2016.<\/p>\n<h3>Kommentarer til aktiviteter<\/h3>\n<p>Langt hovedparten af den distance, der er tilbagelagt p\u00e5 cykel er i form af transport fra arbejde. Aktiviteten kvalificerer fint som tr\u00e6ning, efter min egen opfattelse, da jeg f\u00e5r pulsen op. 2016 er f\u00f8rste gang, hvor jeg regelm\u00e6ssigt har roet p\u00e5 romaskine et fuldt kalender\u00e5r. Aktiviteten passer mig godt, og har delvist erstattet l\u00f8b. Efter en mindre skade i l\u00e6nden i slutningen af 2015 valgte jeg at tage pause fra kampsport i for\u00e5rss\u00e6sonen, og startede forsigtigt op i efter\u00e5rss\u00e6sonen. Dette fungerede godt, men <em>comebacket<\/em> blev bremset af en\u00a0fingerskade. De relativt mange km, der er blevet tilbagelagt ved vandring skyldes tr\u00e6ning op til, og vandring af en del af Camino del Norte ruten i Spanien, samt sporadiske ture ad den danske pilgrimsrute p\u00e5 Sj\u00e6lland. Tracking af disse vandreture inkluderede\u00a0den totale tid\u00a0p\u00e5 de enkelte etaper, inklusive pauser. Styrketr\u00e6ning har i h\u00f8j grad k\u00f8rt som &#8216;instinkt-tr\u00e6ning&#8217;, hvor forskellige muskelgrupper er blevet tr\u00e6net efter hum\u00f8r. I sidste del af \u00e5ret er styrketr\u00e6ningen blevet h\u00e6mmet lidt af at jeg har haft sv\u00e6rt ved at holde p\u00e5 v\u00e6gte pga. fingerskaden.<\/p>\n<h3>Forventninger til 2017<\/h3>\n<p>Dette \u00e5r\u00a0forventer jeg\u00a0at kunne vende tilbage til kampsportstr\u00e6ning og tr\u00e6ne p\u00e5 lavt blus hele \u00e5ret &#8211;\u00a0og til geng\u00e6ld fokusere lidt mere p\u00e5 tekniktr\u00e6ning. Styrketr\u00e6ning skal mere i fokus, men\u00a0jeg vil gerne se hvordan &#8216;instinkt-tr\u00e6ningen&#8217; udvikler sig. Jeg forventer at inkludere forskellige former for intervaltr\u00e6ning, og vil ogs\u00e5 gerne \u00f8ge intensiteten i nogle tr\u00e6ningspas ved l\u00f8b og roning.
