{"id":2690,"date":"2020-12-22T15:23:33","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T15:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2690"},"modified":"2020-12-19T15:27:11","modified_gmt":"2020-12-19T15:27:11","slug":"manglende-dokumentation-for-at-d-vitamin-giver-mildere-symptomer-ved-infektion-med-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2690","title":{"rendered":"Manglende dokumentation for at D-vitamin giver mildere symptomer ved infektion med Covid-19&#8230;?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En artikel p\u00e5 Medscape, som er et internationalt nyhedssite for sundhedspersonale, fra den 17. december bekendtg\u00f8r i overskriften: &#8220;<em>Not enough evidence to recommend vitamin D for COVID-19 treatment.<\/em>&#8221; En nyhedsbulletin p\u00e5 det medicinske tidskrift stemmer i: &#8220;<em>Covid-19: Evidence is lacking to support vitamin D&#8217;s role in treatment and\u00a0 prevention.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Begge nyheder l\u00e6ner sig op af udsagn som nyligt er udsendt af et panel best\u00e5ende af tre store organisationer i Storbritanien, National Institute of Health Care Excellence (NICE), Public Health England (PHE), and the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN).<\/p>\n<p>Meldingen er alts\u00e5, at der ikke er st\u00e6rk forskningsbaseret dokumentation for, at D-vitamin har direkte betydning for, alvorsgraden af symptomer ved infektion med Covid-19.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The panel agreed that low vitamin D status was associated with more severe outcomes from covid-19. It is not possible, however, to confirm causality because many of the risk factors for severe covid-19 outcomes are the same as the risk factors for low vitamin D levels. The serum concentration of vitamin D falls during a systemic inflammation which may occur during severe covid-19 illness and it is difficult to know if low vitamin D status causes poor outcomes or vice versa.
