Den kan tages fra PC, men fungerer ogs\u00e5 rigtig fint p\u00e5 mobil og tablet.<\/p>\n<p>Ud over at man m\u00e5ske bliver lidt klogere p\u00e5, om der er plads til forbedringer af de daglige vaner i forhold til hjernesundhed, er der mulighed for at tilmelde sig en service med gode tips og tricks til at holde hjernen <em>fit<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Det er givet, at der er en r\u00e6kke risikofaktorer, som man ikke selv kan \u00e6ndre p\u00e5, men n\u00e5r det er sagt er der nogle simple generelle r\u00e5d, som man f\u00f8lge for at give den aldrende hjerne optimale vilk\u00e5r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e6r aktiv<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e6r kreativ<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e5 tilstr\u00e6kkeligt med s\u00f8vn<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e6r social<\/li>\n<li>Spis j\u00e6vnligt omega-3 fedtsyreholdige f\u00f8devarer<\/li>\n<li>Indtag tilstr\u00e6kkeligt vitaminer, som vitamin D, folat og B12<\/li>\n<li>Hold \u00f8je med kolesteroltal og blodtryk<\/li>\n<li>Undg\u00e5 kraftig overv\u00e6gt eller underv\u00e6gt<\/li>\n<li>Drik med m\u00e5de<\/li>\n<li>Kvit tobakken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som det kan ses af ovenst\u00e5ende stemmer r\u00e5dene rigtig godt overens med hvad der helt generelt giver mening, hvis man vil holde sig s\u00e5 sund og rask som muligt.
