{"id":3394,"date":"2021-12-31T10:03:48","date_gmt":"2021-12-31T10:03:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=3394"},"modified":"2022-11-01T07:20:29","modified_gmt":"2022-11-01T07:20:29","slug":"december-udfordringer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=3394","title":{"rendered":"December udfordringer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hvis man har kigget p\u00e5 de seneste indslag her p\u00e5 bloggen kan der ikke herske tvivl om, at jeg i december har lagt en del af mine tr\u00e6ningstimer p\u00e5 romaskinen i forbindelse med \u00e5rets <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=3329\">Holiday Challenge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Som jeg har bekendtgjort <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2551\">tidligere<\/a> er udfordringer i forskellige apps oa, noget der ofte inspirerer mig til at rykke lidt rundt p\u00e5 fokus i min tr\u00e6ning. Det seneste \u00e5rs tid er det Garmin Connect, der er blevet centrum for tracking af min tr\u00e6ning, og derfor er det ogs\u00e5 blevet naturligt for mig at se p\u00e5 hvilke challenges, der bliver budt p\u00e5 i denne app.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 selvom jeg har siddet en del p\u00e5 romaskinen frem til den 24. december besluttede jeg mig for at se om jeg ikke ogs\u00e5 kunne gennemf\u00f8re nogle af Garmins challenges her sidst p\u00e5 \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>Nedenfor er en opg\u00f8relse over de udfordringer, som det lykkedes mig at afslutte her i december. Som det kan ses er nogle af de n\u00e6vnte challenges p\u00e5begyndt i oktober eller november.
