{"id":3654,"date":"2022-04-22T18:04:23","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T18:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=3654"},"modified":"2022-04-30T21:24:14","modified_gmt":"2022-04-30T21:24:14","slug":"hjemmelavet-slaede-til-gaa-baglaens-traening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=3654","title":{"rendered":"Hjemmelavet sl\u00e6de til g\u00e5-bagl\u00e6ns tr\u00e6ning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For nylig lavede jeg et indl\u00e6g om at <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=3622\">g\u00e5 bagl\u00e6ns<\/a> i forhold til at tr\u00e6ne balance-evnen og til at styrke sine kn\u00e6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kn\u00e6problemer og <em>Knees Over Toes Guy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kn\u00e6-problemer er en af de ting, de fleste seniorer f\u00f8r eller siden kommer til at d\u00f8je med. Selv fik jeg foretaget en menisk-operation for omkring 15 \u00e5r siden, og selvom jeg i dagligdagen ikke m\u00e6rker mere til det opererede kn\u00e6 i forhold til det andet, s\u00e5 er jeg opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at det ikke l\u00e6ngere er lige s\u00e5 modstandsdygtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor har jeg v\u00e6ret s\u00e6rligt interesseret i nogle af de tr\u00e6ningsforslag, som <em>Knees Over Toes Guy<\/em> \u00a0(Ben Patrick) foresl\u00e5r til at styrke kn\u00e6regionen. I et fremtidigt indslag skal jeg nok gennemg\u00e5 hvilke \u00f8velser, jeg har plukket ud til mit eget lille \u2019kn\u00e6-program\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>I dette indslag vil jeg n\u00f8jes med at n\u00e6vne en enkelt af \u00f8velserne, som jeg i \u00f8jeblikket er ved at teste af: <strong>Bagl\u00e6ns tr\u00e6k af sl\u00e6de<\/strong>. \u00d8velsen kan opfattes som en overbygning p\u00e5 bare at vende sig om og g\u00e5 bagl\u00e6ns, da det her er med modstand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motions-sl\u00e6der er dyre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da jeg besluttede mig for at teste \u00f8velsen af pr\u00f8vede jeg at sl\u00e5 priser op p\u00e5 motions-sl\u00e6der. En robust cross-fit sl\u00e6de (bedst egnet til at skubbe) koster snildt over et par tusinde kroner \u2013 og de fleste af dem egner sig vist bedst til at blive trukket p\u00e5 et indend\u00f8rs gulv-underlag. Jeg er dog sidenhen faldet over en l\u00f8sning kaldet <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessengros.dk\/p\/Crossmaxx-Magic-Slaede\/LMX1034?gclid=Cj0KCQjw0umSBhDrARIsAH7FCoffeHrs-7SwpTx2skIxXiPV-fFU7KZBZQdX6oxfxx_RV3tsijcnJJAaAsmiEALw_wcB\">Crossmaxx Magic Sl\u00e6de<\/a>, som formentlig fungerer glimrende p\u00e5 et udend\u00f8rs gr\u00e6sunderlag. Hvis jeg havde set den tidligere havde jeg formentlig bestilt den, og havde ikke fundet p\u00e5 min egen l\u00f8sning \u2013 og 1000 kr for lidt nylonstof er immerv\u00e6k ogs\u00e5 en slag penge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En hjemmelavet sl\u00e6de for kr 30<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da jeg ikke havde lyst til at kaste en masse penge efter et stykke udstyr, der m\u00e5ske ville vise sig ikke at v\u00e6re noget jeg ville komme til at bruge i l\u00e6ngden, t\u00e6nkte jeg p\u00e5 alternative hjemmelavede l\u00f8sninger. <em>Knees Over Toes Guy<\/em> har foresl\u00e5et, at man kunne tr\u00e6kke en kraftig s\u00e6k med noget v\u00e6gt i hen over en gr\u00e6spl\u00e6ne. En gr\u00e6sbane kunne jeg godt fremskaffe, da vores sommerhusgrund har en lang gr\u00e6spl\u00e6ne. I stedet for at lede efter noget kraftigt stof og t\u00e6nke p\u00e5, hvordan det skulle sys sammen s\u00e5 det kunne holde til at blive trukket henover jorden med v\u00e6gt i t\u00e6nkte jeg p\u00e5 en meget simplere l\u00f8sning: en europalle. S\u00e5dan en palle vejer nok ca. 13 kg, og det er nemt at binde et reb til den og ekstra v\u00e6gt kan bare l\u00e6gges oven i. Til geng\u00e6ld vil pallen ret hurtigt fl\u00e5 gr\u00e6sset op af pl\u00e6nen, hvis man bare pr\u00f8ver at tr\u00e6kke af sted med den. Jeg var lidt tvivlende over om det ville virke med en enkelt ski, men i det mindste var det en slalomski, s\u00e5 jeg pr\u00f8vede at skrue den fast midt p\u00e5 pallen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e6ning med bagl\u00e6ns tr\u00e6k af sl\u00e6de<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Og det virker faktisk glimrende. Jeg har fundet mit l\u00f8fteb\u00e6lte frem (som jeg bruger til <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2237\">hip belt squats<\/a>), som kan forankres i rebet ved en karabinhage. Det er dog en god id\u00e9 ikke at have for meget modstand til at starte med, s\u00e5 man kan v\u00e6nne sig til \u00f8velsen.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg fors\u00f8ger at v\u00e6re s\u00e6rlig opm\u00e6rksom med at tage relativt lange bagl\u00e6ns skridt s\u00e5 foden er markant bag ved kn\u00e6et for hvert skridt.
