Han har i forl\u00f8bet knyttet b\u00e5nd til andre fortalere for carnivor kost, heriblandt Shawn Baker, en anden l\u00e6ge, der er et kendt navn i de kredse. Shawn Baker er desuden kendt for at give igen med samme m\u00f8nt, n\u00e5r folk fra veganer-lejren sender usaglige verbale angreb mod k\u00f8dspiserne. P\u00e5 det seneste har man kunnet se, at Saladino er begyndt p\u00e5 samme taktik, men mere om det om lidt&#8230; F\u00f8rst til en anden interessant \u00e6ndring i Saladinos adf\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Saladino har i l\u00f8bet af det seneste \u00e5r justeret kraftigt p\u00e5 sin holdning til planter. I alt fald, hvis man tager teksten i <em>The Carnivore Code<\/em> for gode varer, hvor stort set alle planter er giftige, og b\u00f8r forsages ved en optimal kostplan. Pludselig var honning ikke s\u00e5 skidt. Og visse frugter begyndte at blive n\u00e6vnt i et lysere sk\u00e6r. Og s\u00f8rme om han ikke justerede sit tema fra <em>Carnivore<\/em> til <em>Animal-based<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg tror ikke Saladino er g\u00e5et s\u00e5 vidt som til at sige, at han var lige hurtig nok p\u00e5 trapperne med sin bog, men jeg vil tage hatten af for, at han har indr\u00f8mmet, at selv for ham er det ogs\u00e5 n\u00f8dvendigt at f\u00e5 kulhydrater ind i kostregnskabet for at holde energien oppe og for at f\u00e5 styr p\u00e5 kroppens hormoner (i \u00f8vrigt det samme jeg oplevede ved blot <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=2166\">1 m\u00e5ned som carnivor<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>En ting som jeg til geng\u00e6ld ikke er s\u00e5 stor fan af, er at han tilsyneladende har set sig n\u00f8dsaget til at holde fast i at fremstille kantede synspunkter &#8211; sikkert i et fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 at fastholde opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5 sociale medier.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg ser i alt fald hans s\u00e5kaldte <em>BULLSH*T list<\/em> som et lettere patetisk fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 at komme med nogle bastante <em>statements<\/em> som skal vise at han stadig har en unik tilgang til kost , og som samtidig bevidst provokerer &#8211; is\u00e6r det veganske <em>community<\/em>. I nogle tilf\u00e6lde har han postet en kort video, hvor han st\u00e5r i bar overkrop (eller if\u00f8rt en <em>Kale is bullshit<\/em> T-shirt) i et supermarked og hiver et eller andet produkt ned af hylden og proklamerer at det er bullshit. For eksempel er planteolier (inklusive olivenolie), broccoli, n\u00f8dder og l\u00f8g (inklusive hvidl\u00f8g) BULLSH*T.<\/p>\n<p>Den type retorik udstiller efter min mening behovet for at udforme en niche til at operere i for at h\u00f8ste opm\u00e6rksomhed og formentlig ofte ogs\u00e5 for \u00f8konomisk vinding.<\/p>\n<p>For mig er de ekstreme grupperinger i form carnivorer og veganere blot et udtryk for menneskets tilpasningsevne.
