{"id":4140,"date":"2022-12-09T12:43:11","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T12:43:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4140"},"modified":"2022-12-08T23:43:35","modified_gmt":"2022-12-08T23:43:35","slug":"hjertetraening-med-hjerteforeningen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4140","title":{"rendered":"Hjertetr\u00e6ning med Hjerteforeningen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Siden 1962 har Hjerteforeningen arbejdet for at holde fokus p\u00e5 hjertesygdomme, b\u00e5de i forhold til at fremme forskning p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det, p\u00e5 behandling og ikke mindst &#8211; p\u00e5 forebyggelse.<\/p>\n<p>Foreningens seneste tiltag i forhold til forebyggelse af hjertesygdom er <em>Hjertetr\u00e6ning<\/em>. Hjertetr\u00e6ning er en samling af tr\u00e6ningsvideoer &#8211; 10 s\u00e5kaldte tr\u00e6ningspakker, der skal inspirere til sund motion, som gavner hjertet.<\/p>\n<p>Hver tr\u00e6ningspakke er en video, hvor man over 15 minutter bliver guidet gennem et tr\u00e6ningspas, der omfatter opvarming, pulstr\u00e6ning og udstr\u00e6kning. Hjerteambassad\u00f8r Thomas Evers Poulsen (kendt som danser fra TV2-programmet Vild med Dans) demonstrerer \u00f8velserne og viser hvordan man, selvom man er p\u00e5 forskelligt niveau, kan f\u00e5 sved p\u00e5 panden undervejs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 foreningens hjemmeside er der adgang til de 10 tr\u00e6ningspakker. Det er meningen, at man f\u00f8lger hver tr\u00e6ningspakke i en uge, s\u00e5 hele programmet sammenlagt d\u00e6kker 10 uger.
