Jeg har ikke n\u00e6rl\u00e6st de studier, som der refereres til i artiklerne, s\u00e5 pointerne skal som altid tages med dette forbehold.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e6skemangel fremmer aldring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et studie, der fulgte omkring 11.000 personer over 25 \u00e5r, fokuserede p\u00e5 v\u00e6skebalance ved unders\u00f8gelser af natriumkoncentrationen i blodet (en h\u00f8j natrium-koncentration er tegn p\u00e5 for lavt v\u00e6skeindtag). Det er dog mest af alt blot en d\u00e5rlig undskyldning for ikke at sn\u00f8re l\u00f8beskoene \u2013 dog med en enkelt mente. I et studie, der samlede data fra 17 videnskabelige unders\u00f8gelser (over 114.000 personer, alder- og k\u00f8nsfordeling er ikke uddybet) viste at forekomsten af slidgigt hos ikke-l\u00f8bere var 10,2% mens for motionsl\u00f8bere var det 3,5% &#8211; alts\u00e5 3 gange s\u00e5 h\u00f8j hos de, der ikke l\u00f8b. For elitel\u00f8bere var forekomsten dog p\u00e5\u00a0 13,3%, hvilket viser, at tr\u00e6ning p\u00e5 virkelig h\u00f8jt plan kan have en negativ virkning p\u00e5 generel sundhed.<\/p>\n<p>Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning, april 2023 (via Journal of Orthopaedic &amp; Sports Physical Therapy)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paradontitis p\u00e5virker helbredet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tidligere ben\u00e6vnt paradentose eller parodontose, er en lidelse der kan opst\u00e5 ved kronisk tandk\u00f8dsbet\u00e6ndelse, hvor inflammationen spreder sig fra v\u00e6vet omkring t\u00e6nderne til det dybere v\u00e6v omkring tandroden. Det viser sig at med parodontitis f\u00f8lger ofte andre helbredproblemer, end blot med t\u00e6nderne. Et svensk studie fra 2021 peger p\u00e5, at personer med parodontitis har en 49% forh\u00f8jet risiko for at udvikle hjerte-kar sygdom. Desuden forv\u00e6rres kroniske sygdomme som type 2 diabetes ved parodontitis, formentlig pga den kroniske inflammationstilstand. Ubehandlet parodontitis er ogs\u00e5 korreleret til udvikling af Alzheimers og leddegigt.
