{"id":4300,"date":"2023-05-26T16:13:06","date_gmt":"2023-05-26T16:13:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4300"},"modified":"2023-05-26T05:16:00","modified_gmt":"2023-05-26T05:16:00","slug":"sidste-punktum-for-magasinet-aktiv-traening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4300","title":{"rendered":"Sidste punktum for magasinet Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg husker ikke pr\u00e6cis hvorn\u00e5r, men det var vist i slutningen af 1980&#8217;erne at tr\u00e6ningsmagasinet i Form begyndte at udkomme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e5 trods af, at jeg p\u00e5 det tidspunkt var fattig studerende k\u00f8bte jeg det troligt, hver gang det kom p\u00e5 gaden lige fra f\u00f8rste nummer. Der var masser af sp\u00e6ndende information om forskellige typer tr\u00e6ning, som jeg l\u00e6ste med stor interesse. Efterh\u00e5nden begyndte emnerne dog at k\u00f8re lidt i ring, og samtidig flyttede jeg til K\u00f8benhavn, hvor udvalget i kioskerne var st\u00f8rre. S\u00e5 efter nogen tid kastede jeg mig i stedet over amerikanske magasiner, der fokuserede mere p\u00e5 styrketr\u00e6ning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nogle \u00e5r senere r\u00f8g der dog igen et i Form i tasken. Dog blev jeg noget overrasket over indholdet. Fra starten var i Form rimelig k\u00f8nsneutralt, men nu var det blevet et decideret dameblad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg har ikke nogen tydelig erindring om timingen af magasinet Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning i forhold til femininiseringen af I Form, men da det f\u00f8rst udkom var det tydeligt, at m\u00e5lgruppen i h\u00f8j grad var mandlige l\u00e6sere. M\u00e5ske Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning fik sin berettigelse, som en maskulin udv\u00e6kst fra det succesfulde I Form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg fandt Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning som et godt supplement til de amerikanske muskel-magasiner, jeg stadig kunne finde p\u00e5 at k\u00f8be ind imellem, og jeg har endda abonneret p\u00e5 det over flere omgange. Dog med velvalgte pauser. Som det gjaldt for I Form fandt jeg indholdet lidt for repetetivt efter nogle m\u00e5neder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Til sidst holdt jeg helt op med at k\u00f8be magasinet. Og i l\u00f8bet af det sidste halve til hele \u00e5r stoppede det ogs\u00e5 med at optr\u00e6de i magasinafdelingen i mit lokale supermarked, som et tydeligt tegn p\u00e5 at jeg langt fra er den eneste som har givet op p\u00e5 det.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Og nu sluttes cirklen s\u00e5 ved at Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning atter opsluges af I Form. I lederen til det sidste nummer af Aktiv Tr\u00e6ning st\u00e5r der godt nok at de to magasiner fusionerer, men i praksis er det nok I Forms mere feminine fokus, der skal holde liv i magasinet for en tid endnu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der er nok ogs\u00e5 gr\u00e6nser for hvor meget man kan optimere p\u00e5 &#8220;de 3 bedste skulder\u00f8velser&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Jeg husker ikke pr\u00e6cis hvorn\u00e5r, men det var vist i slutningen af 1980&#8217;erne at tr\u00e6ningsmagasinet i Form begyndte at udkomme.
