{"id":4310,"date":"2023-06-19T17:36:50","date_gmt":"2023-06-19T17:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4310"},"modified":"2023-11-11T16:56:57","modified_gmt":"2023-11-11T16:56:57","slug":"motionsrum-paa-lidt-plads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4310","title":{"rendered":"Motionsrum p\u00e5 lidt plads"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg har altid haft gl\u00e6de ved at have et motionsrum i mit hjem, s\u00e5 jeg kan give mig i kast med tr\u00e6ning lige pr\u00e6cis n\u00e5r jeg har lyst &#8211; uden at skulle pakke tasken og bruge tid til at tage til fitnesscenteret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For nylig har jeg dog f\u00e5et flyttet mit motionsrum til mere beskedne forhold &#8211; et v\u00e6relse p\u00e5 ca 2,5 meter x 3,5 meter. Rummet skal samtidig agere kontor, s\u00e5 der skal ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re plads til skrivebord, skab og reol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selvom mit forrige motionsrum ikke var k\u00e6mpestort, s\u00e5 har det alligevel kr\u00e6vet en del planl\u00e6gning og \u00e6ndringer at f\u00e5 det ny rum op at k\u00f8re s\u00e5 det er funktionelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som forberedelse til de nye forhold solgte jeg for et par m\u00e5neder siden min Bodycraft Smith Machine, og n\u00f8d faktisk den gulvplads det gav. Jeg kan tr\u00e6ne styrketr\u00e6ning, ro og cykle. Den eneste aktivitetsmulighed jeg decideret m\u00e5tte ofre er bokses\u00e6kken. Den er k\u00f8rt til sommerhuset. For at f\u00e5 det til at fungere m\u00e5tte jeg ogs\u00e5 udskifte tr\u00e6ningsb\u00e6nken og mine h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte til en mere kompakt l\u00f8sning. Jeg havde h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte i par som 7,5, 10, 15, 20 og 30 kg. De er udskiftet med et par justerbare h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte, der g\u00e5r fra 4,5 kg til 25 kg. Min b\u00e6nk med justerbar ryg er udskiftet med en mere simpel b\u00e6nk, der til geng\u00e6ld kan stilles lodret n\u00e5r den ikke er i brug.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg fik min pullupbar med selvom der er en smule lavere til loftet. Det gjorde, at jeg ogs\u00e5 kunne f\u00e5 Triceps-tr\u00e6neren med.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg fik ogs\u00e5 plads til nogle v\u00e6gtskiver og en v\u00e6gtstang til lidt d\u00f8dl\u00f8ft-\u00f8velser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Min Concept 2 romaskine kan lige st\u00e5 i rummet n\u00e5r den er stillet op, men fylder s\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 det hele. Heldigvis tager det ikke lang tid at skille den ad eller samle den, s\u00e5 n\u00e5r den ikke er i brug st\u00e5r den op ad en v\u00e6g. Motionscyklen st\u00e5r fint i et hj\u00f8rne.
