Det er ogs\u00e5 grunden til at jeg har v\u00e6ret ude og investere i et s\u00e6t justerbare h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte, da de er ganske pladsbesparende i forhold til de 5 s\u00e6t af fastv\u00e6gte jeg plejede at have til r\u00e5dighed. Mit valg faldt p\u00e5 et s\u00e6t Taurus Selectabell h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte med en maksimal v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 25 kg. Mine fastv\u00e6gte gik op til 30 kg, men jeg tog en beslutning om at jeg m\u00e5 kompensere for den lavere v\u00e6gt med nogle flere gentagelser, selvom der faktisk kan k\u00f8bes en model, der g\u00e5r op til 35 kg..\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Princippet ved justerbare h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fordelen ved de justerbare h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte er at man f\u00e5r flere v\u00e6gte i \u00e9n, s\u00e5 de fylder sammenlagt mindre end fastv\u00e6gte, og man kommer hurtigere fra fx en 10kg v\u00e6gt til 20kg ift. at skulle l\u00f8sne sp\u00e6nder, s\u00e6tte skiver p\u00e5 og stramme sp\u00e6nder p\u00e5 gammeldags man\u00e9r. Systemerne tillader at man nemt indstiller den \u00f8nskede v\u00e6gt og l\u00f8fter v\u00e6gtstangen med v\u00e6gtskiver fri af resten af skiverne. Selve mekanismen kan v\u00e6re forskellig. Groft sagt har nogle systemer en fast l\u00e6ngde p\u00e5 v\u00e6gtstangen, og s\u00e5 h\u00e6nger v\u00e6gtskiverne fast s\u00e5 det svarer til den \u00f8nskede v\u00e6gt, mens for andre systemer justeres l\u00e6ngden p\u00e5 h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gten efter antallet af v\u00e6gtskiver, der sidder p\u00e5. Indstilling af selve v\u00e6gtskiverne sker i 4\u00bd kg intervaller: 4\u00bd, 9, 13\u00bd, 18 og 22\u00bd kg; der er 4 v\u00e6gtskiver p\u00e5 hver side af h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gten.. Derudover er der en \u201cfinindstilling\u201d af en satellitv\u00e6gt inde ved h\u00e5ndtaget, som kan s\u00e6ttes til 0, 1,25 eller 2\u00bd kg. Det betyder at det er muligt at till\u00e6gge enten 1,25 kg eller 2\u00bd kg til de f\u00f8rn\u00e6vnte 5 indstillinger p\u00e5 v\u00e6gtskiverne. M\u00e5ske det umiddelbart lyder lidt forvirrende; det er det heldigvis slet ikke. I praksis er det ganske ukompliceret at justere v\u00e6gten p\u00e5 b\u00e5de skiverne og ved h\u00e5ndtaget. Faktisk er det ret genialt, for det giver i princippet 15 indstillingsmuligheder. Dog har jeg overhovedet ikke oplevet det som problematisk. Ved andre \u00f8velser hvor al v\u00e6gt er p\u00e5 har jeg ikke bem\u00e6rket at v\u00e6gten kan komme i vejen. Faktisk er Selectabell systemet ret smart udt\u00e6nkt i denne sammenh\u00e6ng; v\u00e6gten er ikke l\u00e6ngere end den yderste v\u00e6gtskive, til forskel fra andre systemer, som fx Bowflex. Det kan godt f\u00f8les lidt klumset at st\u00e5 og svinge med en n\u00e6sten 50 cm lang v\u00e6gtstang med blot 5 kg p\u00e5.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Erfaringer ved brug<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overordnet har jeg v\u00e6ret ganske tilfreds med skiftet til de kompakte justerbare h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte. Indstillingen til den \u00f8nskede v\u00e6gt g\u00e5r hurtigt og smertefrit. Der har dog v\u00e6ret et par situationer, hvor jeg har overset, at v\u00e6gten har v\u00e6ret indstillet til omkring 10kg og s\u00e5 uforvarende har revet dem op fordi jeg forventede at de vejede det dobbelte, hvilket blot er manglende opm\u00e6rksomhed fra min side. I forhold til materialer s\u00e5 virker h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gtene ganske robuste, dog t\u00e6nker jeg at det vil kr\u00e6ve noget service, hvis man kommer til at tabe \u00e9n p\u00e5 gulvet. Jeg har endnu ikke haft mod p\u00e5 at lave triceps extensions, hvor man l\u00f8fter h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gten vertikalt over hovedet, selvom det skulle den ogs\u00e5 kunne holde til. Ved den tungeste indstilling er h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gtene en anelse lange, og svarer nogenlunde til den samlede l\u00e6ngde p\u00e5 v\u00e6gtstangen for Bowflex systemet. Til geng\u00e6ld er v\u00e6gtene tilsvarende kortere n\u00e5r der l\u00f8ftes mindre v\u00e6gt. Det er ikke tilf\u00e6ldet for Blowflex v\u00e6gtene, hvilket jeg har fundet lidt akavet. Som n\u00e6vnt tidligere har jeg generelt ikke haft issues ved at de tunge v\u00e6gte er lidt lange, udover ved biceps curls. Men oftest har jeg slet ikke den yderste v\u00e6gtskive p\u00e5 ved denne \u00f8velse, s\u00e5 det er ikke noget jeg reelt har opfattet som et minus. Hver h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gt kommer med en holder til at s\u00e6tte den i. H\u00e5ndv\u00e6gten skal s\u00e6ttes ret pr\u00e6cist ned i holderen for at tillade at man kan justere p\u00e5 v\u00e6gten. Holderen er desuden lavet af plastic, og jeg mist\u00e6nker den for at kunne fl\u00e6kke, hvis man f\u00e5r sat v\u00e6gtene lidt h\u00e5rdt ned. Ind til videre har holderne dog holdt fint, og man kan forh\u00e5bentlig bestille nye hvis man skulle v\u00e6re uheldig. Nederst: den tomme holder n\u00e5r al v\u00e6gt er l\u00f8ftet ud.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overordnet har jeg v\u00e6ret rigtig tilfreds med mit k\u00f8b, ogs\u00e5 selvom denne type v\u00e6gte ikke er billige. Jeg gav omkring kr 5200,- for 2 h\u00e5ndv\u00e6gte samt et stativ hos Fitshop. Stativet er bestemt ikke n\u00f8dvendigt, hvis man har et robust bord eller en kommode at stille dem p\u00e5.
