S\u00e5 mens jeg guffede en croissant fra Too Good To Go til fyraftenskaffen besluttede jeg mig for at registrere mit indtag af nogle af de overfl\u00f8dige snacks over mindst en m\u00e5ned.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e6missen var at forts\u00e6tte med at spise nogenlunde som jeg havde gjort den seneste tid. Jeg brugte udelukkende krudt p\u00e5 at registrere slik, kage, is og chips.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faktisk synes jeg, at jeg ikke \u00e6ndrede adf\u00e6rd i v\u00e6sentlig grad selvom jeg l\u00f8bende skulle taste junk-calorier ind i MyFitnessPal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeg registrerede mit indtag over 38 dage. Og jeg blev faktisk lidt overrasket over, hvor mange tomme calorier, der var r\u00f8get indenbords.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det blev til<\/span><b> 535 tomme kcalorier pr dag i gennemsnit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Jeg havde blot 5 dage med 0 calorier i l\u00f8bet af de 38 dage. Tre af dagene kom jeg til geng\u00e6ld over 1000 kcalorier (h\u00f8jdespringeren var p\u00e5 1600 kcalorier). De to af dagene var ved sociale arrangementer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Selvom jeg ikke indtager store m\u00e6ngder af sukkers\u00f8det sodavand, juice, \u00f8l og kaffe med sukker, s\u00e5 ryger der da lidt indenbords i ny og n\u00e6. Og det skal jo l\u00e6gges oven i, da jeg ikke talte det med i min opg\u00f8relse.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e5 det lille overv\u00e5gningsfors\u00f8g har gjort det klart for mig, at jeg b\u00f8r justere lidt p\u00e5 mine vaner &#8211; som fx at tage et stykke frugt som en snack frem for et stykke kage. Det kan dog v\u00e6re lettere sagt end gjort. En af de ting, der plejer at virke bedst for mig er at undg\u00e5 at have de fristende ting i k\u00f8kkenskabet n\u00e5r det ikke er meningen, at de skal ende p\u00e5 bordet.
