{"id":5009,"date":"2025-11-20T19:47:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T19:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=5009"},"modified":"2025-11-27T21:31:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T21:31:12","slug":"multivitaminer-paa-recept","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=5009","title":{"rendered":"Multivitaminer p\u00e5 recept"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Professor i ern\u00e6ring og sundhed fra K\u00f8benhavns Universitet, Susanne Gjedsted B\u00fcgel, har v\u00e6ret lidt i v\u00e6lten igen p\u00e5 det seneste, b\u00e5de i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlingske.dk\/vores-liv\/det-er-det-mest-populaere-kosttilskud-blandt-boern-og-voksne-men-foerende-ekspert-advarer-mod-det-det-burde-vaere-paa-recept\">Berlingske Tidende<\/a> og i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dr.dk\/drtv\/episode\/aftenshowet_-skal-multivitaminer-kun-kunne-koebes-paa-recept_558956\">Aftenshowet<\/a> p\u00e5 DR1.<\/p>\n<p>Her har hun sl\u00e5et p\u00e5 tromme for at multivitaminpr\u00e6parater g\u00f8r mere skade end gavn &#8211; og at udbredelsen af dem b\u00f8r begr\u00e6nses til at kunne blive udleveret ved l\u00e6geordineret recept.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 vidt jeg har forst\u00e5et bygger argumentet hovedsageligt p\u00e5 en artikel fra 2024 udgivet i <a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamanetworkopen\/fullarticle\/2820369\">JAMA Network Open<\/a>, og som jeg tidligere har kommenteret p\u00e5 i et <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=4801\">tidligere indl\u00e6g<\/a>. Professor B\u00fcgel henviser i alt fald til en lille \u00f8gning i relativ risiko p\u00e5 omkring 4% i forhold til at falde d\u00f8d om, hvis man dagligt indtager en vitaminpille. Dog er tallet kun signifikant i den f\u00f8rste tidsperiode, som forskerne har inddelt studiet i, alts\u00e5 de f\u00f8rste 12 \u00e5r. I de f\u00f8lgende 15 \u00e5r er risikoen ikke signifikant. Det f\u00e5r mig til at mist\u00e6nke, at der kan v\u00e6re alle mulige andre forklaringer end indtag af vitaminpiller eller ej, som er skyld i den lille stigning, der kunne observeres.<\/p>\n<p>Dertil skal l\u00e6gges, at der er <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0002916523663427?via%3Dihub\">studier<\/a>, der peger mod, at der kan v\u00e6re en lille kognitiv gevinst ved at tage multivitaminpiller, hvis man er \u00e6ldre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 jeg tror der b\u00f8r komme flere data p\u00e5 bordet f\u00f8r det giver mening at diskutere hvorvidt almindelige vitaminpiller skal fjernes fra supermarkedshylderne.<\/p>\n<p>Men det er interessant, at det muligvis ikke g\u00f8r en forskel, hvorvidt man f\u00e5r vitaminer og mineraler i de doser, som n\u00e5r op p\u00e5 det anbefalede daglige indtag (Recommended Intake, RI). Det anbefalede daglige indtag er en v\u00e6rdi for vitaminer og mineraler der er sat til at v\u00e6re to standardafvigelser h\u00f8jere end gennemsnitsbehovet (Average Requirement, AR).
