{"id":691,"date":"2017-02-11T14:56:53","date_gmt":"2017-02-11T14:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=691"},"modified":"2024-05-10T21:37:22","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T21:37:22","slug":"udviklingen-af-fedme-i-danmark-markant-eller-ej","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=691","title":{"rendered":"Udviklingen af fedme i Danmark &#8211; markant eller ej?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Efter at have kigge p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=655\">KRAM-unders\u00f8gelsens<\/a> resultater udgivet i 2009 blev jeg opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at der er lavet opf\u00f8lgende unders\u00f8gelser i b\u00e5de 2011 og 2013, udf\u00f8rt for Sundhedsstyrelsen af Statens Institut for Folkesundhed\u00a0og udgivet under\u00a0<em>Danskernes Sundhed &#8211; Den Nationale Sundhedsprofil<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Det fik mig til at vende tilbage til rapporten fra\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/seniorfitness.blog\/?p=448\"><em>The Nordic Monitoring System<\/em><\/a> (NORMON,) der udkom i\u00a0starten af 2017. Her blev der bl.a. dokumenteret en markant stigning i antallet af sv\u00e6rt overv\u00e6gtige kvinder fra 2011 til 2014 (en stigning fra 11.3% til 15.2%)\u00a0&#8211; et resultat, der blev trukket frem i danske medier.<\/p>\n<p>Dette trend burde ogs\u00e5 afspille sig i data fra <em>Den Nationale Sundhedsprofil<\/em>, n\u00e5r tallene fra 2010 og 2013 sammenstilles. For kvinder er tallene <strong>39.4%<\/strong> i 2010 og <strong>40.7%<\/strong> i 2013 &#8211; en lille men ikke signifikant stigning. I disse tal gemmer\u00a0sig de sv\u00e6rt overv\u00e6gtige (fede). Om disse tal er en del af <em>NORMON<\/em>-data kan jeg ikke lige gennemskue (begge projekter involverer DTU F\u00f8devareinstituttet). Under alle omst\u00e6ndigheder afspejler de samme trend med en signifikant stigning\u00a0i andelen af fede kvinder fra <strong>12.6%<\/strong> i 2005\/08 til <strong>15.0%<\/strong> i 2011\/13. For m\u00e6nd er udviklingen g\u00e5et fra <strong>14.2%<\/strong> i 2005\/08 til <strong>15.4%<\/strong> 2011\/13 &#8211; et trend, men dog ikke signifikant.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baseret p\u00e5 variation mellem forskellige unders\u00f8gelser vil jeg se frem til de fortsatte afrapporteringer fra b\u00e5de <em>NORMON<\/em> og <em>Den Nationale Sundhedsprofil<\/em> &#8211; flere datapunkter over en l\u00e6ngere \u00e5rr\u00e6kke vil givetvis give et mere pr\u00e6cist billede af eventuelle trends i forhold til udvikling\u00a0i danskernes sundhed eller forfald.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sst.dk\/da\/sundhed-og-livsstil\/~\/media\/1529A4BCF9C64905BAC650B6C45B72A5.ashx\">Danskernes Sundhed &#8211; Den nationale Sundhedsprofil 2013<\/a>.
